Get a list of all clients.

Cursor for paginated requests. A full final page still returns a cursor, so page until data comes back empty.

Defaults to 50

The number of results per page, from 1 to 200.

date-time | null

Optionally, filter to clients that have a lastModifiedAt since this date.
